Without consistent or coordinated social initiatives, the transition to the AI and autonomous system-driven economy will be rocky. The technical boundaries to the rise of "strong" AI have fallen dramatically, with powerful hyper-cloud platforms and quantum computing on the horizon. Human perception of machine learning as a "special" area of computing will inevitably lead to surprising findings and might rewrite some of the classical laws of ethics, fairness, responsibility, etc.
