The author, Kevin Kelly, goes in-depth into several image-generative technologies like #DALL-E, #StableDiffusion, #Artbreeded, #Midjourney. The Tech Panic Cycle discussed by the author has seven phases: starting with phase 1 - Don't bother me with this nonsense and finishing with phase 7 - Let's focus on the real problem - which is the next current thing. The author also signals the 3D generative systems like #GET3D or #DreamFusion. In the past, when cameras arrived on the scene in 1800s, many painters felt that this was the end of art. Today we have a similar situation. Deep learning with large language models #LLM is the new disruptive technology. However, the scope of applications for deep learning models is much larger.
