This is an excellent overview of terminology and case examples. The authors provide very insightful examples from several industries. All areas of automation have been steadily growing for several decades. However, orchestrating machine-human collaboration is a newer concept resulting from the fact that end-to-end automation might not be doable or financially feasible. #automation #hyperautomation
