In the presentation, Kader Sakkaria stressed that comprehensive leadership buy-in is critical to digital transformation. Small pilot projects that demonstrate quick wins are helpful and can raise awareness of the capabilities and help identify resources, expectations, and timelines. In addition, it is often critical that leadership in transformation needs an "AI translator" capability that can understand the business value chain and has the domain expertise in AI to facilitate deep organizational changes.
