International AI regulations

 This is an excellent overview in many jurisdictions across the globe. There are many large economies featured there. For example, Japan in is a big economy and one of the key vendors of high-tech products. However, their AI regulation approach seems less visible in the international arena. Nevertheless, some of their products, like the Asimo robotic system, are one of the primary applications of AI. This document is a great outline of legal areas affecting AI. The authors raise excellent legal questions, e.g., who owns the rights to AI systems: the vendor or the user, who resumes responsibility for the results, what is the degree of governmental intervention, what are the liabilities around AI systems, etc.
