 Enterprise System Architecture is one of the best resources on this vast subject. This book focuses on the interplay between the technology landscape and the corporate business operating model (#BOM) framework. The author explores architectural approaches from business and technical points of view. As a result, the part of business analysis is quite profound. In addition, there are multiple layers of the architectural stack discussed.
