Vision, Emotional stability, Resolve, Independence, Toughness, Audacity, and Synergy are huge areas discussed very effectively by the author Dr. Dele Ola. The emotional aspects of leadership are fundamental when applied to organizational behavior and time management. For example, the issue of managing teams is discussed at length in the context of leadership and self-expression, fostering relationships, stress tolerance, predictability, dependability, or handling mistakes.
