Management models

 #Management for me is mostly about keeping pace with change management, technology challenges, expectations, and optimization. I always question whether my approach is effective or optimal when facing challenging problems. I'm familiar with Kotter's change model, the Blue Ocean Strategy, and 7S. Kotter's Change Model appears to be the most compatible at a time of deep and rapid change in my areas of focus: AI and analytics. The Evolution of Management is an excellent resource that covers several key management models.
