#Quantum computing is still a technology of the future. However, the future is approaching fast. We have a good sense of the potential that this technology can bring. There is a plethora of new job categories that will need to be filled. Many of those jobs will require knowledge of quantum math and the theory of computation, subjects that are not widely taught yet. At this point, quantum software and hardware appear to be intertwined much more than current architectures von Neumann architectures. This relationship will surely change when quantum becomes ubiquitous and various development kits hit the market. Organizations that develop quantum–enabling technologies will be huge winners in the next decade.
