Process mining and process discovery are terms that describe
a way to transform organizations into knowledge-driven automated systems.
The scientific community was not focusing on business
process automation research. Those developers who will be able to devise AI-driven
systems that can analyze organizational data and identify processes that can be
automated will create a market niche.
